Bayern Munich manager receives death threats after elimination

The elimination of Bayern Munich in the quarterfinals of the Champions League has led to death threats for Julian Nagelsmantechnical director of the German club.

The Bavarian strategist revealed at a press conference that several intimidating messages have reached him after the fall of his team in front of the Villarreal.

“I can take criticism, but death threats are different. I get them after every game, regardless of whether we win or lose, but I delete them all. Of course you can report everything to the authorities, but then it would never end,” said Nagelsmann before Bayern’s duel against Arminia, on Matchday 30 of the Bundesliga.

The Bayern Munich helmsman, who last won the Champions League in 2020, added that he does not understand how it is that the people who send him these messages are as if nothing had happened.

“I don’t care, people can write what they want, but maybe they should think about what they write. They still think they’re right. That’s the weird thing,” he stressed.
