Master Alba won after an actually safe 14-point lead at medi Bayreuth with 71:69. Louis Olinde was the match winner with a successful dunking six seconds from the end. National player Niels Giffey was the best scorer in Berlin with 15 points. Bayern needed ten minutes to get going against Göttingen. Then the team of coach Andrea Trinchieri dominated the game and won without any problems. DJ Seeley was only signed on Thursday and was the best Bayern shooter with 18 points.
