Florian Wirtz (18), Moussa Diaby (22) and Jeremie Frimpong (20) – those were the three goalscorers for the Leverkusen “Werkself” in their 3-1 win at RB Leipzig on Sunday. Thanks to the three points and the mistake from SC Freiburg, Bayer 04 made it to third place in the table. The three youngsters also got a place in the eleven chosen by the TM users for the 13th match day.
With three professionals, Leverkusen has most of all clubs, both VfB Stuttgart and TSG Hoffenheim follow with a duo each. While the Swabians with Borna Sosa (23) and Hiroki Ito (22) provide two defenders, the two Kraichgauer come off the offensive after the 6: 3 shooting festival at Greuther Fürth. Ihlas Bebou (27; 68.7 percent) and Georginio Rutter (19; 53.9 percent) received the most votes from TM users after every three goal participations.
FC Bayern with Leroy Sané (25), VfL Bochum with Manuel Riemann (33), Eintracht Frankfurt with Evan N’Dicka (22) and – somewhat surprisingly – 1. FC Köln are only represented once in the top team with Salih Özcan (23). Although the “Effzeh” showed a strong performance in the 4-1 derby win against Borussia Mönchengladbach, the central midfielder has to do without teammates, but is at least supported on the sideline by coach Steffen Baumgart.
