Munich: The members of the state parliament in Bavaria will receive less money from July 1st. As the state parliament announced, the so-called compensation drops by 1.6 percent to around 8,500 euros per month. President Aigner said that the citizens of Bavaria would have to accept financial losses due to the corona, so it was only logical that the salaries of MPs should also decrease. The compensation is linked to the general income trend. The flat-rate fee for MPs remains unchanged at just under 3600 euros per month.
