Training of trainers in Lower Franconia last weekend: Selection trainers Christoph Kolenda and Christopher Früh (deputy BV Bildungs) invited trainers from the entire district to an open basic training session in Waldbüttelbrunn.
10 trainers were finally able to welcome them to two intensive training sessions on Saturday. The basic training with around 20 talented people from Lower Franconia gave the coaches interesting impulses for modern warm-up and cool-down methods and basic techniques in the youth sector. In addition, they have become participants with the DHB concept “MAPS” familiarized.
During the training, it also became clear that the basics (catching and passing on the move) should be trained regularly and in a technique-focused way as a foundation in all age groups. Both coaches received high praise from BV Klaus Siess, who was present, for the detailed approach and corrections as well as the methodical process.
