I am offering an exceptionally well-maintained Bavaria 34, built in 2011, first hand
with lots of extras. Ship takeover or first launch: 2012.
I am selling the ship for health reasons.
The interior impresses with its light, maritime wood furnishings and is very well maintained.
It is ready to sail (fenders, mooring lines, etc.) and the summer mooring is paid for this year.
Hull polish and antifouling have been done (invoice is available).

The seller declares that he is the sole owner of the vehicle and that the vehicle is free of third-party rights.

a) Retention of title
The used boat remains property until the purchase price has been paid in full
of the seller.
b) Warranty for material defects
The warranty for material defects is excluded insofar as it is a
private sale.
