In a investor conference (via IGN), Electronic Arts confirmed that Battlefield 6 (working title) will be released for PS4, Xbox One, PS5, Xbox Series and PC. In this way, rumors that pointed that the game would be exclusive to the next generation have been denied.
Likewise, another rumor pointed out that a revelation would happen this week. According to EA, Battlefield 6 will be announced in full in June.
Battlefield 6 is scheduled to launch between October and December 2021. Development is in the hands of five studios: EA DICE, Criterion, DICE LA, Industrial Toys and EA Gothenburg.
At the conference, EA also confirmed the existence of the inevitable FIFA 22, Madden NFL 22, NHL 22 is the new EA Sports PGA Tour, with the latter expected to arrive between January and March 2022.
