Bathhouse Flatiron is open until midnight every day of the week.
Following the success of Brooklyn’s Bathhouse, a spa, restaurant and wellness destination in Williamsburg, the brand is expanding to Manhattan. The new space of Flatironwith a surface area of 10 thousand meters, premiered on January 11. The retreat offers visitors the opportunity to enjoy global bathhouse traditions, modern fitness treatments and recovery experiences.
Inspired by the success of the Williamsburg Bathhouse, which opened in 2019, co-founder Jason Goodman wanted to expand into an even denser market, where locals and visitors could relax and experience unparalleled hospitality.
“It seemed obvious to us that we should build the best bathhouse ever built in the heart of Manhattan,” Goodman said. “We took everything we learned and built something that we believe will change the industry.”
A dry sauna at Bathhouse Flatiron
The large space that occupies Bathhouse Flatiron, once an underground parking garage, was designed by the popular firm New York Rockwell Group along with Colberg Architecture, Collectif Engineering and Loop Lighting.
Bathhouse Flatiron facilities include 19 treatment rooms, a 2,500-square-foot dry sauna with space for up to 100 people, a Russian-style Banya with variegated slate sourced from Vermont, plus six Bitcoin-heated pools, locker rooms, and more.
For dining, an all-day café serves breakfast, lunch, dinner and signature cocktails for Bathhouse guests. Dishes on the nutritious menu include a green egg frittata with harissa and zhug, spinach dip with cashews, and porchetta meatballs with fennel pollen and tomato confit.
“Bathhouse is a fundamentally human place,” says Goodman. “We believe Bathhouse Flatiron is the best bathhouse in the world. We are excited to welcome New Yorkers and visitors from around the world.”

To visit, guests can choose from several entry options, such as the Day Pass (starting at $60), which includes unlimited access to thermal pools, saunas and steam baths. For treatments such as massages and scrubs, admission is included in the price of the service.
Bathhouse Flatiron is now open at 14 West 22nd Street, seven days a week, from 9 a.m. to midnight.
