– School building should have another floor
In order to cover the increasing need for school space, the local council approved the loan for a preliminary project to expand the Chrüzacher school building.

The Bassersdorf local council has approved a loan of 276,000 francs for a preliminary project that includes increasing the size of the Chrüzacher school building. As the announcement states, the concept for occupancy of school rooms was comprehensively revised in 2023. It was determined that there would be an increased need for school space in the long term.
In order to cover the need for school space, it is planned to expand the Chrüzacher school building. The renovation of the Geeren school complex is also planned for the next five years. However, the expansion of the Chrüzacher school building will be brought forward so that the newly gained space can be used as a partial temporary provision for teaching during the renovation of the Geeren school complex.
