Al-Marsad newspaper: A video clip documented Egyptian media personality Basma Wahba’s reaction to Egyptian artist Ayten Amer because of her role in the series “One Wife is Not Enough.”
Basma said to “Aiten” during her hosting on the fortune-telling program: “Oh, Aiten, this is boldness… diversity, you are the veil of life, and you do not have it.”
Ayten replied: “What a heart, Basma Malik, what a heart, oh my darling, what is the problem with playing the role of a materialistic, miserable character? We all want to remain angels.”
Basma asked “Aiten” a question, saying: “Why are you always the second wife? You are complicated? Do you agree to be a second wife?” And Aiten replied: “I am not complicated, and I can be a second wife if there is a respectable man who can say to his wife, ‘I will marry one of you.’” Again, if he agrees, I will agree to be a second wife…but there is a man who can do that.”
