Anglet, with aggressive defensive streaks, came back into the game and managed to get ahead for the first time in the game (17-18, 12′). Good management
The Trégueux players started the second half as they had finished the first. Anglet no longer saw the light of day and was 19 points behind (56-37, 27′). The defense was set up in this second period and Anglet only managed to score on a free throw. Driven by a large crowd, the TBCA had a 16-point lead (58-42, 30′).
Both teams showed a great burst of energy in defense. Anglet managed to come back to eleven points (65-54, 35′). A return that did not change the final result. The TBCA won without shaking 73-60. Despite great performances from Sionneau and Corre, the latter “thinks of all my teammates who do behind the scenes work to help the team win”. A victory synonymous with hope but for now, Trégueux is celebrating for the latter at home.
