Randle is dealing with inflammation in his right knee.
Thursday against Detroit, he tied a career high this season by collecting 29 points in a 118-112 victory over the Pistons at Madison Square Garden.
A two-time All-Star, Randle averaged 20.4 points per game this season.
The Knicks have allowed an average of just 105.4 points this season, ranking second in the NBA in that regard.
Minnesota ranks first at 105.3.
The Raptors will be looking for their fourth straight home win.
