“The contact with people is simply wonderful and if you enjoy your job, that’s absolutely okay.”
Daughters live the tradition
The same applies to the two daughters. 31-year-old Alexandra has been running a ride on her own since last year and is represented at the autumn fair with the “Snow Dream” in the exhibition hall. Her friendly laugh shows how much fun and pride she has in it. Her sister Jasmin, who is four years older and is herself the mother of two small children, takes a more traditional approach with her ball-throwing stall “The Lucky Clown” – Alexandra was previously represented at trade fairs with a similar business for eight years. Everyone is responsible for their own business, from contact with the authorities to transport, assembly and dismantling to implementation on site. Of course we help each other.
What are the chances that a seventh generation of showmen will grow up in the family? Remo is confident: “If my grandchildren get the same fever that we all have, the showman virus will grab them.”
