Bartosz Kustra, a journalist with Polish Radio PiK, died at the age of 42.
In 2001, Bartosz Kustra joined the Polish Radio Broadcasting Station in Bydgoszcz, initially working with the sports editorial office, and soon becoming a full-time journalist of this department. He specialized in commentating speedway and basketball matches. In 2019, he received the award of the Marshal of the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship for “outstanding sports activities and promotion of the region”.
Unfortunately, at the end of 2020, his work was interrupted by a tragic disease – brain cancer. Bartosz Kustra died on October 4, 2024, at the age of 42.
