There will be no stricter measures in Antwerp for the time being. The cafes therefore remain open, even if it is only until 11 pm. This in contrast to Brussels, where they already have to remain closed. But mayor Bart De Wever is not really optimistic about the coming months, not even about the end-of-year period. A normal Winter in Antwerp is certainly not possible, according to De Wever.
