Barry Callebaut announced on Thursday that they are investing 104 million US dollars in the new plant. The area will include offices for company processes as well as for chocolate processing and will offer 200 jobs. In terms of production, the focus will be on sugar-free, high-protein and other specialty chocolate products, it said.
