Under the skies of Alqueva, from today until the 12th of this month, in the Castle of Noudar and in the Nature Park of Noudar, from 6 pm, the BARRANCOSMOS, an event that will allow the visualization of the Milky Way , with its planets and stars and the debate on topics related to astronomy.
This meeting will also feature musical entertainment and the participation of researchers and amateur astronomers, as well as lectures on the 11th, at 2 pm, at the Cineteatro de Barrancos
On the morning of September 12, at 10:00 am, there will be a bird watching tour in the Noudar Nature Park (Herdade da Coitadinha) and a cultural tour through the historic center of Barrancos.

BARRANCOSMOS is organized by the Lago Alqueva Observatory, EDIA, the Noudar Nature Park, the Astrophysics and Space Sciences Institute and the Barrancos City Council in partnership with the Portuguese Association of Amateur Astronomers (APAA), of the Thematics Association of Nature and Astronomy (ALBIREO) and Portugal Birds & Trails.
