BARI – Covid-19 infections and the positivity rate in Puglia also increased in the last week of monitoring by the Ministry of Health and ISS: from 21 to 27 September, in fact, the cases reported were 1,737 compared to 1,615 in seven days before; the positivity rate went from 11.4% to 11.5%.
The deaths, however, were six compared to seven in the previous week. From next week the new anti-Covid vaccines should be available and the vaccination campaign can be started, starting with the elderly and frail.
