The Head of the Criminal Investigation Unit of the National Police, Komjen Agus Andrianto, officially withdraws the report crazy rich from Medan, Indra Kenz, for the victims of Binomo at Polda Metro Jaya. Indra Kenz’s attorney revealed his side appreciate the steps which the Criminal Investigation Unit took.
“We appreciate the attitude of the Criminal Investigation Unit at the National Police Headquarters. Of course it must comply with the rules of the criminal procedure law and the regulations of the National Police Chief,” said Indra Kenz’s lawyer, Wardaniman Larosa, when contacted, Sunday (13/2/2022).
Larosa assessed that the withdrawal of a report from the Regional Police to the Criminal Investigation Unit was a normal thing. He admitted that his party had heard reports that the alleged defamation of Indra Kenz was transferred to the Criminal Investigation Department.
“We have heard this information, and it is a normal case that the regional police are withdrawn to Headquarters,” he said.
Meanwhile, for Indra Kenz’s report, which will only be processed after the Binomo victim report is complete, Larosa said he would coordinate with the Criminal Investigation Department. His party is now waiting for the Criminal Investigation Unit to send an official call to Indra Kenz.
“Later we will coordinate with investigators at the Criminal Investigation Unit,” added Larosa.
