Directorate of Special Economic Crimes (Dittipideksus) Bareskrim Polri confiscate a number of assets belonging to the suspects HS, JI, and Suwito Ayub in the Indosurya Savings and Loans Cooperative (KSP) case. One of the seized assets was Indosurya building which is located on Jalan Thamrin, Central Jakarta (Jakpus).
“We have asked for special permission from the Central Jakarta court and have been given a decision in the form of 13 assets in North Jakarta with a total of which we confiscate this building with an estimated total of Rp 1.2 trillion,” said Director of the Criminal Investigation Department Brigadier General Whisnu Hermawan at a press conference, Thursday (10/3/2022).
On the same occasion, the Head of the Public Relations Division of the National Police Public Relations Division, Kombes Gatot Repli Handoko, said that there were 13 assets that were confiscated by the Criminal Investigation Department. His party is now waiting for the confiscation order from the court with total assets of around Rp. 261 billion.
“Investigators have confiscated, among others there are 13 assets, then there are also funds or money in BCA accounts, then there is also the confiscation of 47 cars. Then also investigators are still waiting for special permits for confiscation from courts including the Tangerang, South Jakarta, North Jakarta, Cibinong, Bekasi and Bogor with a total of Rp 261,925,822,182,” said Gatot.

It is known that the Bareskrim has detained two high-ranking KSP Indosurya officials with the initials HS and JI, who are suspects in this fraud case. Meanwhile, another KSP Indosurya official, namely Suwito Ayub, is still being sought.
“For this reason, we summoned two other suspects on behalf of Brother HS and Sister JI for questioning and carried out the process of arresting them because they feared they would run away like Brother Suwito Ayub,” said Director of the Criminal Investigation Division, Brigadier General Whisnu, Tuesday (1/3).
Suwito Ayub is suspected of having fled abroad. The Police Criminal Investigation Unit also submitted red notice to Interpol to hunt down Suwito.
“Regarding the search for suspect Suwito Ayub, here we have asked Interpol to issue red notice,” said the Director General of the Criminal Investigation Department, Brigadier General Whisnu.
Whisnu suspects that Suwito Ayub fled abroad using a fake passport. Suwito was recorded as having traveled to Singapore.
“By using a different identity from the data in the National Police and allegedly using a fake passport,” said Whisnu.
“We are currently investigating and currently we have information that Suspect Ayub crossed to Singapore at the end of November 2021,” he added.
