Reported in suspected case Muhammad’s persecution alias Muhammad Kosman is Inspector General Napoleon Bonaparte. Bareskrim has examined three witnesses in this persecution case. All of them are inmates (prisoners).
“(Reported on behalf of) Napoleon Bonaparte. Yes, three witnesses (have been examined). All of them are prisoners,” said Dirtipidum Bareskrim Brigadier General Andi Rian Djajadi when contacted, Saturday (18/9/2021).
Andi explained that investigators are also investigating the motives of Inspector General Napoleon to persecute Muhammad Kece. In addition, he said the police were looking into whether Napoleon acted alone or with the help of others.
“Investigators are investigating whether it was done by themselves or if someone was helping,” he said.
It is known that the suspect in the blasphemy case, Muhammad Kece alias Muhamad Kosman, made a report to the Criminal Investigation Unit of the National Police that he was abused in the detention center. Muhammad Kece admitted that he had experienced persecution from fellow detainees at the Criminal Investigation Unit of the Police. Police immediately launched a case to determine the suspect in the persecution.
“The case is that the whistleblower reports that he has received abuse from a person who is currently a prisoner at the Criminal Investigation Unit of the Police,” said Karo Penmas, Police Public Relations Division, Brigadier General Rusdi Hartono at a press conference at his office, Friday (17/9).
The police report (LP) is registered in the prison numbered LP: 0510/VIII/2021/Bareskrim. The LP was created on August 26, 2021 in the name of Muhamad Kosman.
Rusdi said Bareskrim had followed up on Kece’s report. So far the police have examined three witnesses.
“This police report has been followed up. It has examined three witnesses. Then also collected relevant evidence,” he said.
