And for the occasion, thousands of tourists weaned during weeks of alcohol or even zero-rated cigarettes are expected today. And a priori, they will be there.

To accommodate them, traffic directions have been put in place and health restriction measures have been planned by the government of the Principality which wants to give a breath of fresh air to its economy, centered on trade, and suffocated by the health crisis.
One of the concerns of officials was to avoid the rush for flagship products like it happened on May 11 at Perthus, on the Franco-Spanish border. Inside shops, a limited number of people are allowed at the same time and wearing a mask is also compulsory in shops.
The gendarmerie of Ariège, border department, recommended staggering travel to Andorra and recalled that it would conduct roadside checks, just to avoid abuse.
