According to Spanish media Village, the 37th America’s Cup scheduled for 2024, in which Alinghi will participate, will take place in Barcelona. The Catalan Minister for Enterprise and Employment, Roger Torrent, announced the choice of the Catalan capital on Monday, pending official confirmation from the organizers. The other candidate sites are Malaga, Cork and Jeddah.
