At a telematic press conference, the first deputy mayor, Jaume Collboni, explained that this first consignment of protection material will be delivered in accordance with the agreement signed between the consistory and representative entities of commerce in the Catalan capital.
An extraordinary purchase of the consistory and donations
These entities are the Barcelona Comerç Foundation, Barcelona Oberta, Comertia, Pimec-Comerç, Foment del Treball-Comerç, Gremi de Restauració de Barcelona and Consell de Gremis de Barcelona.
The material in question is part of the extraordinary purchase made by the City Council and of the donations received since the start of the state of alarm.
