In the call-up, the Catalan club made a point of indicating that the Portuguese full-back is called up, but that he is traveling without medical authorization. Pedri and Iñigo Martínez are also in the same situation, both injured, but who will travel to Riyadh.
Also noteworthy is the name of Portuguese João Félix in the squad, who, according to the Spanish press, will not count against Xavi Hernández next season (2024/25).
