Barcelona Secures Victory against Osasuna in LaLiga Match | Recap and Lineup

Barcelona kept up his positive start in LaLiga by winning at Osasuna headquarters. The Blaugrana picked up three points after winning 2-1.

Duel Osasuna vs Barcelona in continuation of LaLiga held at the Estadio El Sadar, Monday (4/9) in the morning WIB. Barcelona lead 1-0 at halftime.

Despite appearing dominant, Barcelona was only able to score before the end of the first half. Jules Kounde brought Barcelona ahead in first half injury time with a header after taking advantage of Ilkay Guendogan’s pass.

Robert Lewandowski had a chance in the 71st minute. Lewandowski continued Joao Cancelo’s pass with a volley, but the ball was pushed over by Aitor Fernandez.

Osasuna evened the score in the 76th minute. Chimy Avila fired a shot with his left foot right from the edge of the penalty box. The ball hit the Barcelona goal post and Ter Stegen was off step.

Barcelona got a penalty in the 82nd minute. The referee pointed to the spot after assessing Catena had committed a foul on Lewandowski.

The referee had time to look at the VAR to check the incident between Catena and Lewandowski. The referee declared a penalty and gave Catena a red card.

Lewandowski stepped up as the penalty taker. The Polish striker successfully carried out his duties to bring Barcelona to a 2-1 lead.

Thanks to this victory, Barcelona rose to third place in the Spanish League standings with 10 points from four matches. Meanwhile, Osasuna is in 10th place with six points.
