Barcelona has a mountain of debt that entangles the club’s finances. On one side, Blaugrana became the team with the most expensive squad valuation in Spain.
Barcelona hit by severe financial crisis since pandemic corona virus in March 2020. The latest financial reports show that The cules have debts of more than 1 billion euros.
One of the biggest debts currently borne by Barcelona is regarding the transfer of players. The Catalan team still owes 115 million euros to a number of clubs for the purchase of players.
