Barcelona very angry with attitude Samuel umtiti who are reluctant to leave the club even if they want him out. Reported from Sport through SportwitnessBarcelona are now threatening Umtiti to choose to go alone or be sacked this week.
Sport reports Barcelona have run out of patience with the Frenchman. Now, the Catalunya team has threatened to unilaterally sack Umtiti to terminate his contract with Barcelona.
Samuel Umtiti has long been one of the players Barcelona wanted to let go because he has a high salary but doesn’t contribute much to the team.
Previously, Barca reportedly had an agreement with Umtiti to give him the opportunity to show off in pre-season.
If it’s not convincing, then Umtiti has to go. The player agreed to the deal.

As a result, Umtiti did not appear convincing during pre-season. Barca also gave the option to Umititi to go alone this week or the club will terminate his contract.
Barcelona still gave Umtiti time during the kick to leave so the player can find a new club before the transfer window closes.

This is not the first time Barcelona have terminated a player’s contract after previously doing so with Matheus Fernandes.
However, Barcelona’s policy to unilaterally terminate player contracts has the potential to make the club spend large amounts of money because Umtiti is still under contract until 30 June 2023.
