In reality, the title exceeded all initial expectations. Inan Kreutz, head of Mattel, the company behind the doll, explained that there are talks of a sequel.
Still, it’s too early to talk about that. He added that the idea was to create a cultural event.
That is why he is trying to work on various films for the company’s products. Talks for a sequel are expected to begin at some point.
Margot Robbie herself also thinks it’s possible.
