Libreville, Tuesday November 7, 2023 (Infos Gabon) – The former President of the Bar was reappointed on November 4.
The General Assembly of the Gabonese Bar held on November 4 ended with the unanimous appointment of Me Lubin Ntoutoume as President of the Bar. This former President of the Bar is responsible for handling current affairs and organizing the general elections no later than December 31, 2023.
In accordance with article 59 paragraph 2 of the law on the profession of lawyer, Me Lubin Ntoutoume must therefore take all arrangements for the organization of general elections in which he must not be a candidate within the time limits required by law. .
