Until then, the Sud Meuse Tourist Office offered heritage tours that brought together participants for a thematic guided tour through the city. With the health crisis, the formula has been rethought and field visits are replaced by virtual visits. Small videos led by the tour guides can be followed on the Facebook of the tourist office.
After “The portal of the Saint-Étienne church” and “Les Varin-Bernier in Bar-le-Duc”, it will be the turn of the Café des oiseaux on Saturday March 27, then on April 3, “Gargoyles and chimeras in Ville-Haute ”. On this theme, the tour guide will receive a guest, an artist renowned for his ceramics, sculptures and paintings who left his mark on the press.

On April 17, the video will be devoted to the “Gilles-de-Trèves college” with a nod to the In vino visitas event, initially scheduled for April 17 and 18, which has just been canceled. The visit will be done “in two voices”: “Relax while drinking the words of the guide who will tell you more about the building and the garden that surrounds you and those of one of the members of the organizing association Meuse Saint -Vincent who will evoke wine and vines, ”laughs the Tourist Office.
These videos remain accessible, at will, in the video tab on the Facebook page of the Meuse Grand Sud Tourist Office.
