Bapa did it to keep me from getting into politics; But I came to the cinema: Asif Ali

Asif Ali is notable among young movie stars. His latest film is Koth. Koth is a political thriller directed by CB Mala after six years.

Asif shares her views on politics and her childhood experiences as she talks about Koth’s characteristics. He also talked about his father who was a political leader in an interview with Ginger Media.

Politics plays a definite role in my life. I was embarked at a young age to prevent myself from entering politics. But I came to the cinema.

When I was young, I wanted politics to be banned. My father continued to be president and city councilor for many years, so he was always busy.

When I wake up in the morning, he’s either gone or there are always people in the house. That was the only time I felt terribly angry with politics. I was wondering if my dad was so busy because he was a member of politics, so I couldn’t meet him.

Other than that, there was no feeling of anger towards politics or the need to ban politics. Whatever the party rules, things we don’t like and things we like happen. All we can do is respond.

At one point my house was thrown by someone who had been kicked out of a party. There have been a lot of accidents before that. But that’s what happened after I got to the cinema.

He was taken terribly by the media. That day, I released a statement to the media that my father told me that he was thrown at Shaukathali’s house and taken away from Asifali’s house, “he said with a laugh.

Koth is a political film, but Cibi Malail claimed that the film does not seek to denigrate any political party. Roshan Mathew, Ranjith, Anu Mohan, Suresh Krishna and many other characters star in the film. The film will be released in theaters on September 16.
