Antimask Activist Banyuwangi, M Yunus Wahyudi again acting up. In the trial of the verdict of the criminal case that happened to him, Yunus attacked the panel of judges. The attack was carried out after the chairman of the panel of judges, Khamozaru Waruwu, read out the sentence for the anti-mask activist to be 3 years in prison for the Health Quarantine case and the ITE Law.

After reading the trial verdict, Yunus suddenly walked over and then jumped onto the table to hit the chairman of the panel of judges. While shouting, Yunus tried to hit the chairman of the panel of judges who had just read out the verdict.

“Woooooyy,” Jonah shouted as he jumped to the jury table.

Suddenly, several people in the courtroom intervened. The police who were on standby then arrested Yunus. Then, Yunus was closely guarded by the police and the District Court (PN) Banyuwangi out of court.

“Let go, let go. Allahu Akbar,” Yunus shouted as he was taken out of the courtroom.

During the trial, Yunus did not appear to be wearing a mask. Every now and then he smiled and then sat quietly. No one knew of Yunus’s plan to carry out a reckless act of attacking the panel of judges.

Yunus officially became a defendant after his video circulated which stated that COVID-19 was not real and was only engineered by the local government. In addition, Yunus was also involved in the forced collection of positive bodies COVID-19 from a hospital.

The anti-mask activist Muhammad Yunus Wahyudi was charged with Article 14 paragraphs 1 and 2 of Law No. 1 of 1946 concerning criminal law regulations and Article 45 letter a Jo Article 28 of Law No. 19 of 2016 ITE and Article 93 of Law No. 6 of 2018 concerning Health Quarantine.
