Jazz week has started in Bansko. At 7:30 p.m., the 12th International Jazz Festival officially opens today. Vasil Petrov, Meri Taneva and Hristina Katsarska and the Blagoevgrad Big Band, conducted by Boris Yanev, will kick off the musical event on the stage located at Nikola Vaptsarov Square. The Otto Heinitz Trio from the Czech Republic and the Claire Thiel Trio will be guests on the first festival night. The organizer of the international jazzfest is the Municipal Administration in Bansko.
