The Banque du Liban announced, in a statement, that “Acting Governor Wassim Mansouri held a business meeting with the director of “Morgan Stanley” responsible for bonds and fixed-income papers in emerging markets.
He pointed out, “The research focuses on how to activate and develop the banking relationship between the Banque du Liban and Morgan Stanley.”
Mansouri also gave instructions to activate banking operations in this context, and it was agreed to continue communication continuously.
