Required qualifications and experience
Hold a bachelor’s degree (or higher) in business administration.
2 to 5 years of experience.
Diverse banking experience, at least two years in the same field.
Previous experience in procedures/operations management preferred.
Strong understanding of operations management and governance techniques.
High proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Visio.
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
Team player with high productivity.
