At the call of CGT union of the Banque de France, a ” renewable and blocking strike “Should touch from Monday January 12, 2020 two fiduciary centers of the bank in Ile-de-France and in the Hauts de France.
The two centers manage 1/4 of the banknotes put into circulation in France
The role of these fiduciary centers is to supply bank ATMs with notes. However, the centers from La Courneuve (Seine-Saint-Denis) and of Sainghin-en-Mélantois (North) manage more than a quarter of tickets deposited in ATMs in France. The risk of shortage is therefore real.
