The Financial Group Banorte announced today that as part of the support measures it will implement for its clients affected by COVID-19 the payment of the credits granted will defer up to four months.
In a statement, he explained that benefits apply for those clients who have credit card, automotive credit, payroll, mortgage, SME or personal.

“We offer these supports to the families and companies that are our clients. Today they need us, we are united, even though we cannot be together,” said Marcos Ramírez Miguel, CEO of Grupo Financiero Banorte.

The scheme considers different supports for each type of product:
Credit card: Payment deferral. No minimum payment will be required for up to 4 months, without this affecting the Credit Bureau or collection expenses. Months without interest. Up to 6 months without interest on purchases over $ 500 during March and April in hospitals, health services and pharmacies.
Automotive Credit, Payroll Credit and Personal Credit: Suspension of payment for 4 months, extending the term 7 months more than the original term.
Mortgage credit: Payment suspension for 4 months; extending the term of your original mortgage loan by 4 months.
SME Credit: Deferral of interest payments for up to 4 months for current account credits, and principal and interest for simple credits.
To request any support, Clients must be up to date with their payments by March 20.
