The Association of Banks of Mexico (ABM) requested that the opinion approved by the Chamber of Deputies on the payroll credit with delegated collection.

He assured that they must be foreseen mechanisms that allow workers to decide with which financial institution they contract a loan of payroll, as well as the dispersion of your payroll.

According to the ABM, alson A level floor must be established in the regulation for all types of financial entities that grant this type of credit, particularly the multipurpose financial companies (Sofomes) that provide payroll credit services.
What’s more Transparency and clarity of credit conditions must be guaranteed and not set price controls that distort the market, he added.
“The ABM and its associates, respectful of the legislative process, have a constant dialogue and approach with the members of the Chambers of Deputies and Senators, to whom on this occasion we reiterate that they count on us, in order to provide information and elements that they pay for the work that legislators do for the benefit of our society,” he insisted.
