Offenbach (dpa/lhe) – Companies in Hesse can continue to benefit from the aid programs set up in the corona pandemic. Both the liquidity aid for small and medium-sized companies and the so-called Hessen micro-liquidity can now be applied for until June 30, 2022, as the development institute WIBank announced on Tuesday in Offenbach.
“In the catering, hotel, tourism or retail sectors, for example, many companies are still feeling the consequences of the corona pandemic in their order books. With the two loan programs, we are providing these companies with rapid liquidity so that they can continue their business and maintain jobs,” Ministers Michael Boddenberg (CDU/Finance) and Tarek Al-Wazir (Greens/Economy) justified the extension by three months.
As part of the “Liquidity Aid for Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises in Hesse” companies and freelancers can get loans from 5,000 to 500,000 euros through their house bank. The program was only extended from the beginning of January to the end of March.
The state had already extended Hesse micro-liquidity until the end of March 2022 in November. This offer is aimed at companies with a maximum of 50 full-time positions and the self-employed who have gotten into financial difficulties because of the pandemic. You can apply for a direct loan of 3,000 to 35,000 euros that is 100 percent guaranteed by the state of Hesse.
