Sarework was established in 2013. Its activities include the development of mobile applications, social marketing and positioning on digital platforms. The headquarters are located at Avenida Ribera Axpe number 11, in Erandio.
Masters in Donosti and Zierbena
According to information from the Mercantile Registry, the company is run by two companies as administrators. These are Guipúzcoa Service Stations y Esergui Investments.
The first one, in Donosti, is led by the company Carabel Service Stationwhose president is Acknowledgment Garmendia Roads.
Esergui resides in Zierbena and has visible head to Jon Ander Mitxelena Vidaor.
Bankruptcy office supplies Iparjabe
Another Basque society that bites the dust is Iparjabe, domiciled in Leoia. The Commercial Court 1 of Bilbao decrees the voluntary bankruptcy “without active mass”.
He was dedicated to the sale of machinery and office supplies through an establishment opened at calle Aldapa number 7. Ana Maria Ramos Gonzalez acts as manager and, at the same time, is the sole partner.
The balance sheet presented lacks assets. Given the ruinous situation, the commercial court does not appoint a bankruptcy administrator and is waiting for the creditors to request it. In any case, none of them will charge a penny.
