Bank of America and Morgan Stanley reported historic results on Wednesday in the 2021 financial year, with the common denominator of the reduction of reserves against credit losses and the good progress in their investment-related businesses.
Bank of America, the second entity in the country by assets, obtained an annual profit of 31,978 million, 79% more than in 2020 and the highest figure in its history, with a turnover stabilized at 89,113 million, only 4% higher.
