KONTAN.CO.ID – JAKARTA. In order to celebrate the 75th Anniversary of the Indonesian National Army (TNI), PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk. offers a special Home Ownership Credit Program (KPR) with down payment (DP) 1%. The program entitled “KPR BTN Patriot” is valid from 5 October – December 2020.
President Director of Bank BTN, Pahala Nugraha Mansury, said that the KPR BTN Patriot program aims to help realize the desires of TNI / Polri members who want to own a house even in the conditions of the Covid-19 Pandemic.
Through this program, many facilities and relief are provided for members of the TNI / Polri.
“Through this KPR Patriot Program, we want to help realize home ownership for the nation’s patriots, who are commemorating the 75th anniversary of their corps. That way, TNI / Polri members throughout the archipelago can focus more on carrying out noble duties, safeguarding the sovereignty and benefits of the Republic of Indonesia, “said Pahala in an official statement received by Kontan.co.id, Monday (5/10) night.

Pahala detailed that Bank BTN also provides various facilities so that the TNI can have affordable housing. In addition to only 1% down payment, Bank BTN also provides a discount for provision fees of 75%, interest rates for 7% fixed 5 years, and free administration fees.
Pahala said, Bank BTN was quite aggressive in offering various marketing program innovations since the Covid-19 Pandemic spread in Indonesia.
This is an effort to maintain the passion of the national property sector, which was affected earlier than other industries. In addition, innovative housing ownership credit products and services that make it easier for the community are also in line with the Government’s National Economic Recovery Program (PEN).
Moreover, Bank BTN was again trusted by the government by getting an additional placement of government funds of Rp 5 trillion. Thus, added Pahala, the company has received PEN funds reaching Rp 10 trillion.
“According to our commitment, until September 25, 2020, we have distributed PEN funds amounting to Rp. 16.35 trillion with a focus on the housing sector,” explained Pahala.
Pahala is optimistic that the bank, which focuses on financing the property sector, can fulfill its loan commitment from the government’s placement fund in the PEN Program.
“The company is committed to meeting the target of channeling financing up to 3 times the funds placed by the Government at Bank BTN. With this addition, the target of Bank BTN’s lending for the PEN Program will be IDR 30 trillion, “said Pahala.
