Available in Arabic, Amazigh and French, this video provides advice on the use of digital banking services and calls for greater vigilance.
In this capsule, BAM warns of common banking scams and tactics used by fraudsters to obtain personal information.
These warnings highlight the importance of being vigilant when responding to solicitations for confidential banking information, whether through phone calls, text messages or emails.
Furthermore, the Central Bank highlights the risks associated with online investment offers, often used as lures to attract investors to fictitious projects.
Protecting digital devices by installing antivirus, refraining from using public Wi-Fi networks, and securely managing passwords by using complex combinations and changing them regularly are among the main recommendations of the BAM to reduce the risks of bank fraud.
