Wicket keeper Rishabh Pant got a new result after scoring 46 runs. Pant became the second Indian wicketkeeper to complete 4000 runs in international cricket. Earlier, ex MS Captain Solo Dhoni achieved this feat.
His innings consisted of six fours and two sixes in 45 balls. The return was a clean shot from Mehdi Hasan. Pant scored 4021 runs in 128 games at an average of 33.78. The high score was 159 not out.
India will play Test against Bangladesh after losing the ODI series. India had lost two of three ODIs.
