The Provincial Town Planning Committee considers the requests from stakeholders. 14. The Department of Public Works and Town & Country Planning provides opinions on the consideration of the requests. of stakeholders 15. Amends and improves the draft comprehensive city plan according to the resolution of the Provincial Town Planning Committee. 17.
