The tools are available through popular.com, official portal of the banking institution. For auto, personal and credit card loans, the moratorium programs will allow clients affected by COVID-19 to postpone up to three payments.

All programs are subject to certain eligibility criteria, but the tool will allow the client to review these criteria, as well as the applicable terms and conditions, and then avail himself of the selected alternative.
