Caracas.- The Bank of Venezuela announced this Friday on its social networks that it enabled the option to consult the account balance through the instant messaging system WhatsApp.
Users of the government banking entity will now be able to check the balance of their accounts through WhatsApp, by communicating with any of the three numbers enabled in the instant messaging platform (0416-6270002, 0412-2766581 and 0414-4669916).
According to what is specified by the Bank of Venezuela, users must have their telephone number affiliated with the Clave Móvil platform.
By adding the numbers enabled by Banco de Venezuela to the contact list on WhatsApp, users will be able to check the balance in their accounts by sending the word balance in the chat of any of the three enabled contacts.
