Banco de Bogotá presented a new line of credit to encourage the construction of properties with sustainability standards, aimed both at companies in the sector and at people who acquire this type of property.
Among the benefits for builders are the interest rate discount, the credit in pesos with a fixed rate and preoperative disbursement up to 10%.
Likewise, it offers the diagnosis at no cost with the Sumac consultancy, thanks to an alliance with the financial entity. In addition to the VAT exclusion and income discount of up to 25% applicable to three years that projects of this type receive.
People who acquire properties built under this line of credit will also receive benefits such as preferential interest rates from 7.5% EA with housing leasing and from 7.9% ea with housing credit and digital approvals in 5 minutes without documents for credit of housing and housing leasing.
