Banco BHD Inaugurates Real Estate Fair in NY, USA Featuring Thousands of Properties in the Dominican Republic

He Banco BHD inaugurated his real estate fair in NY, USA, which takes place at the Radio Hotel, in Washington Heights, throughout the weekend until nine pm this Sunday, October 1. Various construction companies and real estate agents exhibit the more than 5,000 units that make up their projects of social interest, high value and tourist areas in the Dominican Republic, and that can be acquired in delivery, under construction and in plans with BHD loans.

The ribbon cutting of the inauguration of the fair was carried out by Steven Puig, president of the Banco BHD, together with Carlos de la Mota, vice minister for Dominican Communities Abroad; Clarelina Sosa, vice consul of the Dominican Republic in NY; Ydanis Rodríguez, commissioner of the Department of Transportation of the city of NY; and for him Banco BHD, Shirley Acosta, executive vice president of Legal Consulting; Josefina González, senior vice president of Personal and Business Banking, and Julián Alcántara, second vice president of Network and Indirect Businesses of Mortgage Banking.

Puig expressed that “throughout our banking experience, we have learned the importance for people of acquiring a property. This is a feeling of long-term stability and security. Likewise, a investment that allows building heritage. For our entity, this fair is a commitment to the Dominican diaspora, with whom we have been working for several years and which we will continue to support so that Dominicans in USA achieve the future they want.”

The Real Estate Fair BHD NY offers financing terms up to 20 years, with a maximum of 80% of the lesser value between the sales contract or the appraisal of the property, discounts on legal fees, free appraisals, legal advice, among others benefits. Likewise, the Sole Consular Power will be available, a legal instrument endorsed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Dominican Republic, which consists of a mechanism that simplifies, speeds up and reduces costs of the process of acquiring housing in the Dominican territory by Dominicans residing abroad.
